Made with Music Mini-gigs showcases local talent at the iconic venue, Brudenell Social Club. 

Our aim is to bring people together through the power of music and support emerging artists in their careers. The mini-gigs are designed with families in mind so everyone can enjoy live music together. 

We have three different acts for you to enjoy and their sets are only 25 minutes so easy listening for little ears! 

The Elliot James Bransby Memorial Shield

This Leeds United themed event that has been inspired by SoccerAid, and raising money for The Homeless Street Angels, will be played at The John Charles Centre for Sport on Sunday 13 July 2025... save the date!!

The players, managers and star guests are made up of ex professional footballers and television celebrities.

Team Charlton v Team Gray will be a most fantastic day for all the family and tickets will go on sale during May 2025.

LS18 Rocks Leeds Libraries!

Join a free family friendly fun day of music making resulting in a first gig at Leeds’ newly refurbished music library

Come along to listen, learn and join in with a mix of live music performances and taster workshops throughout the day led by LS18 Rocks!

Workshops for children aged 7-11 years in the morning and workshops for 11-17 years after lunch. Please note any children or young people aged under 16 should be accompanied by a carer.

This mindful crafting experience invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and create something beautiful and functional. As you learn the art of macramé knotting, you’ll also be weaving a deeper connection to the natural world.

Leeds Zine Library Lates! Hallow'zine

Join us on the spookiest month for our Halloween edition of the zine library lates. There will be cats, bats and a monster of a party! On the night you can make a spooky zine, create some monster badges, and sew felt creatures all while enjoying our Halloween playlist. 

The zine library late events happen on the last Wednesday of the month. Each month we have a workshop, self-led activities, badge maker and music, making it a great opportunity to meet new zine makers, get inspired by the library collections and learn new skills.

Life Drawing: Four-week course with artist Boris Cruse

Venture into life drawing in this relaxed, supportive four-week course taught by experienced artist and tutor Boris Cruse. 

You'll explore figure drawing, including line, gesture and shade, and develop your own artistic style.

Professional artist and Northlight Artistic Director Boris Cruse has many years' experience teaching with arts organisations in Leeds and beyond.

Mondays 5.30-7.30pm.

DIY Dice Bag for Thought Bubble

Create and customise a dice bag for your dice collection or game pieces. 

Using a sewing machine, you will learn how to make drawstring bag We will cover sewing machine health & safety, threading the machine, loading a bobbin, cutting, assembling, adding a drawstring and sewing the project. 

Materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own cotton fabric if you wish. 

Suitable for beginners.
