At Purple Patch Arts, we do learning differently.
Our ‘Purple Patch Approach’ to learning uses creative and multi-sensory activities like drama, dance, music, literature and visual arts to explore ideas, themes and topics in ways which are accessible, imaginative and joyful!
We work with learning-disabled people of all ages and support needs; our approach allows everyone to access our work in their own way and supports people to learn in the way that best suits them.
Join us for an all-day celebration of geek culture at Geek Fest, where we've collaborated with local self-proclaimed geeks! Whether you're a die-hard board gamer, an RPG enthusiast, or a quiz master, there's something for everyone. Best of all, entry is free for all attendees!

Plucked from Obscurity runs at the piano showroom Besbrode Pianos in Holbeck till the end of September.
Anthony St John Holbrook, who lived in Micklethwaite in Yorkshire, hand-built a number of clavichords, virginals, and harpsichords, all designed and constructed from raw materials based on his extensive research of historical instruments.

Otley Baroque is delighted to invite back Pablo Tejedor-Gutièrrez from London, the Spanish baroque cellist who displayed his exceptional musicality and technique at our last concert in January.
Together with Asuka Sumi on baroque violin, they each will perform unaccompanied solo works by J.S. Bach and his lesser-known contemporaries through which they wish to provide meditative time and space for the listeners.
