Course Outline:
Alignment: Intro to Iyengar yoga, dynamic standing poses.
Balance: Build on foundations, focus on balancing poses.
Strength: Shoulder poses, twists, basic back bend actions.
Relaxation: Seated poses, restorative yoga, basic yogic breathing.
