This screening is a talk-a-long event in which you are invited to speak during the screening if you feel comfortable.

Camera Connections exhibition presents a series of photographs taken by older people across Leeds, exploring the theme of portraiture and identity.
Six groups from AVSED, Otley Action for Older People, Seacroft Friends and Neighbours, Burmantofts Community Friends, Health for All and AgeUK Leeds have taken part in this pilot project, facilitated by Skippko artists Nicki Taylor and Sally Storr.

This workshop is specifically tailored for the needs of runners, helping to build strength, develop balance, and find deep release for tight hamstrings, hips and quads.
The session will also create a space to cultivate a sense of inner focus and mastery of the breath, which are key components in improving your running.
