Formed in 2017, the Victoria String Quartet has been hailed as an ensemble ‘brim full with pedigree and wide experience’ (Buxton International Festival), performing at venues including Kendal (Lake District Summer Music), Pinner and Buxton Festivals, London, Manchester (Bridgewater, RNCM and Stoller halls), north Norfolk, north and west Wales and the Scottish Borders.

After an inspiring year championing creativity in Leeds, Let Us See You concludes with a spectacular exhibition at Sunny Bank Mills Gallery in Leeds. This eagerly awaited event showcases the project’s standout works, offering a final opportunity to appreciate the incredible talents of local artists. Supported with funding from Leeds Inspired, part of Leeds City Council, Aire Place Studios proudly collaborates with Sunny Bank Mills to close a transformative chapter for the city’s art community.

Wrongsemble presents... Three Little Vikings

Three brave little Viking girls save the day in this bold and funny adventure story for little rebels, by the creator of the New York Times Best Illustrated Book Little Red and I Can Catch a Monster, Bethan Woollvin. Three Little Vikings is all about cooperation, bravery, and getting your voice heard! Part of Leeds Storytelling Festival 2025.

A family-friendly pay-what-you-decide event recommended for children aged 3+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We're proud to be coordinating the Leeds LGBT+ community marketplace for LGBT+ History Month 2025 again this year, bringing together a range of LGBTQ+ community groups, charities and support organisations.

All Day Draw - February

A day of drawing – whether you are using this time to develop your practice, or you just want to escape for the day in your own creativity 🙂

Running one Saturday a month, All Day Draw is a day of Untutored life drawing.

Paper, boards, easels and charcoal provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own materials. Non-solvent based paints are welcome, but please add a note to your booking if you plan to bring paint.

All abilities welcome.

10.30am – 3.30pm with a 30 min lunch break

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided

Portraits

An Untutored Portrait Session at Leeds Drawing Club.

- Clothed Seated Model, set and lit for portraits

- 3 hour pose, ideal for painting

- Small class size - capped at 7 places (capacity is 11)

10am - 1pm
A great opportunity to work on a single pose for 3 hours. Develop your practice further and work alongside like-minded artists.

Painters are welcome, please use odourless solvents only.

Untutored Life Drawing

Weekly self-led Life Drawing Sessions at our studio in Burley. 

All materials provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Every Monday 1.30pm - 3.30pm

Every Wednesday 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Saturdays (once a month) 10.30am - 12.30pm

All abilities are welcome :)
