Join us for a panel talk discussing the experiences of being a freelance artist with artists Amelia Frances Wood, Rosie Vohra and Anne-Marie Atkinson, chaired by Arts Director of Sunnybank Mills, Anna Turzynski. The life of an artist is one that is often shrouded in mystery and seems financially unattainable. We’re bringing together artists and creatives with different experiences and levels of freelance work in the arts, to open up a dialogue around the realities, challenges and positives of working as an artist.

Join us for a taster synthesiser, sequencer and drum machine workshop where you can learn about how to link up different pieces of music equipment to create a synchronised music performance with others. 

This workshop is open to people of all music abilities who have an interest in music technology and performance production .
