Deep Listening Workshop

Environments are living compositions. What happens when we listen to and play with environments?

Price = Pay as you Feel or Can

Deep Listening is an interdisciplinary awareness and attention practice created by composer Pauline Oliveros, using as main resources listening and sounding scores or meditations, somatic exercises, and imaginal/dream play.

Duo Compass: Live

A solid folk duo hunting down tunes of the North, on their UK tour.

Karoliine-Lisette Kõiv (fiddle and vocals) and Stuart Ironside (guitar and vocals) are a folk duo from Estonia and the U.K., finding links between the Nordic-Baltic region and the British Isles through their tunes and songs.

With both of them having feet in multiple musical worlds, they bring music from the Nordic, Baltic and British nations together with grooves from jazz and African music in a cultural melting pot that will inspire.

Impulse: The Unconscious Form

Impulse is an exhibition of work by five level 2 fine art students from the University of Leeds.

In this exhibition, we wish to explore and combine a diverse approach to abstraction. Using artistic intuition and material experimentation, our works are rooted in responding to the physicality of the materials, embracing the spontaneity this involves, and using colour and nature to express our individuality.
