Brainstorm

The teenage brain has 86 billion neurons connecting and colliding to produce a stage of life that is chaotic, exhilarating and, at times, frustrating.

Brainstorm is a theatrical tornado exploring how adolescent brains work, and why they’re designed by evolution to be the way they are and how they affect their relationships with the grown-ups in their lives.

Blood: Ties and Tensions

An exhibition on how deep blood runs.

Beneath our skin-deep differences, blood is something that we all share. It flows, but also clots. It gives life, but also spreads disease. And, just as blood binds, it can also seed division.  It provides a unique and valuable perspective on contemporary social relationships due to its powerful symbolism and essential role in healthcare.

The Maids by Jean Genet

What happens when a gruesome game becomes a reality?

In a luxurious French apartment, two sisters serve their wealthy employer, Madame. When their Madame is away, the sisters play a dangerous game: taking turns pretending to be her. But this is no harmless roleplay—it’s preparation for a murder they’ve never managed to carry out before quickly cleaning up and returning to who they were before.

The tension rises when their scheme to accuse Madame’s lover of a crime begins to unravel, threatening to expose their darkest secrets.

PLUMHALL: Cropredy Warm-up Show

Plumhall (Michelle Plum and Nick Hall) supported Fairport Convention on their UK Winter Tour last year and then guested with the band at their prestigious Cropredy Festival in the summer. As a result, the duo has been asked to play their own set at Cropredy Festival 2025 with a full band line-up.

The duo has chosen Seven Arts as the ideal venue to perform their Cropredy set, with their producer David P Crickmore (Fiat Lux/The Durbervilles) on bass, synth and electronica and his son James Crickmore on drums.
