Sound Bath Relaxation Workshop

A sound bath is a truly immersive experience. The entrancing tones gently settle you into a deep, restorative relaxation and many people attend to de-stress and find inner connection or healing. Sound baths, in particular, can quieten the mind and bring attention into the body in order to allow participants to become centred, grounded and begin to remove blockages and find purpose. Sound baths can often be more accessible to individuals who find traditional methods of mindfulness and meditation more difficult to practice.
