Join Alicia Meehan for this interactive workshop inspired by her latest work, What Adult Am I? Through movement, text, props, storytelling and creative tasks, Alicia and collaborator Lucy Harries invite you to explore themes of adulthood, societal conditioning, queer narratives and the freedom to be your unapologetic self.
This workshop is open to everyone aged 16+ who loves to move and create.
Alicia is an independent dance maker based in the North who creates work that is both observational and autobiographical. Using movement, text and storytelling her work is fascinated by the complexities of human behaviour and the surreal everyday stories and experiences that shape our lives.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Age 16+
