This supportive workshop introduces Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®), a gentle series of movements designed to activate the body’s natural shaking response.
This involuntary shaking, known as neurogenic tremoring, may help the body release deeply held muscular tension and settle the nervous system. You’ll be guided through each stage carefully, beginning with grounding and simple preparatory exercises before exploring the tremoring process at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You’ll remain in control throughout and can pause or stop at any time. The session will finish with rest, grounding and integration, giving you time to notice and absorb your experience.
No previous experience is needed. This workshop offers a supportive introduction to TRE® for anyone interested in reconnecting with their body, releasing tension and exploring a body-based approach to relaxation and wellbeing.
