You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and simply receive as layers of sound gently fill the space. The calming tones and vibrations can help quieten a busy mind, release tension and guide you into a state of deep rest.

No previous experience is needed, and there is nothing you need to do. Simply allow the sound to support your journey inwards, creating space to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.

The session will finish with gentle grounding, allowing you time to return feeling calm, rested and restored.
