In this two-hour class you will learn the basics of hand embroidery from using an embroidery hoop to creating your own mini stitched sampler. Hayley will guide you through the basics of this traditional craft. You will learn a variety of hand embroidery stitches including back stitch, satin stitch and French knots.

To celebrate the official launch of the New Music library we will be enjoying some relaxing tunes from the huge collection of CDs that are available to borrow for free.

All materials and equipment are included in the ticket price and the workshop is suitable for people with no embroidery experience
