A 5Rhythms® dance workshop on New Year's Day, exploring how we navigate uncharted territory and unexpected change.

- The start of a new year often brings a sense of possibility and the desire for fresh beginnings, as well as for releasing old ways of doing things.
- Venturing into the unknown can raise mixed feelings, and call previously hidden parts of ourselves to the surface.
- This workshop will be a supportive space to explore how we adapt to unexpected situations, and to cultivate openness to new experiences.

- The workshop will be held at the welcoming venue of Open Source Arts in Leeds.
- It offers an intimate, carefully held experience for a maximum of 12 participants.
- Full workshop cost is £50. Early bird places available at £40 available till 18th December.
