Our Beginners Yoga 4 Week Course is the perfect introduction to yoga for anyone completely new to the practice or looking to build confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga including basic postures, breathing techniques, alignment, relaxation, and mindful movement. Each session is designed to help you gradually build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness at a comfortable pace.

This course offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore how yoga can support both physical and mental wellbeing. You’ll also gain a better understanding of how to move safely and confidently, helping you feel more comfortable joining regular yoga classes in the future.

No flexibility or previous experience is needed—just a willingness to begin. Our supportive teachers will guide you every step of the way, creating a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where you can learn at your own pace.
