Want to move more freely, consciously, and joyfully? This evening workshop with accredited 5Rhythms® teacher Ben Deutsch offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body and rediscover the freedom of movement.
Using simple guided exercises, carefully selected music, and intuitive exploration, Ben will gently lead you into movement—inviting both individual expression and shared experience within the group. With warmth and a touch of humour, the space encourages curiosity, presence, and authenticity.
Through the 5Rhythms® Waves map, we will explore a range of movement qualities including fluidity, clarity, surrender, ease, and presence. Each rhythm offers a unique way to connect more deeply with yourself, your body, and the present moment.
This is an open and inclusive practice—no dance experience is needed, and all life experiences are welcome. Whether you’re completely new or already familiar with movement practices, you’ll be supported to move in your own way and at your own pace.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind.
