Do you need to make a Will? Alison Wright of The Wright Will Company will explain all.

Your Will tells everyone what should happen to your money, savings, possessions, and property when you die. It is the legal document you create which sets out your instructions. You can write a will at any stage of your life, so this talk is suitable for all adults. During this insightful talk, Alison will provide a background of Will making, when you may or may not require one and answer any questions you may have.

Alison has worked at a number of firms of solicitors in a career spanning over 35 years. These firms have included an International firm, a niche specialist private client firm and a top 100 firm. Within these firms, she has always concentrated on the personal affairs, property and assets of private individuals, advising on all aspects of Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

She has acted for high net-worth individuals, business owners, families and, just as importantly, the ‘ordinary man (or woman !!) in the street’ with more modest estates but who still have the same need for lifetime planning and advice.

Over a decade ago, a desire to move out of the corporate world led Alison to set up her own business, allowing her to focus on the needs of each individual client, whilst offering clients access to a professional, highly experienced and technically qualified service at an affordable cost.

Alison is a member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners, a leading self-regulatory body in her areas of work. She is fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, thereby offering her clients peace of mind.
