This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a body-based practice designed to release deep patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.
TRE® works by gently activating the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating. This intuitive response helps to release muscular tension and calm the nervous system. When accessed in a safe and controlled way, this process allows the body to move out of stress and return to a natural state of balance and regulation.
You’ll be guided step-by-step, with the opportunity to explore the practice at your own pace. Whether you’re looking for a simple tool to manage stress, or space to process the effects of tension or trauma, TRE® can offer a powerful and accessible pathway.
This approach recognises that stress, tension, and trauma are held both physically and psychologically within the body, and supports their release in a gentle, embodied way.
After a session, many people report a sense of calm, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Other potential benefits include reduced anxiety, improved sleep, increased energy, relief from physical tension and pain, greater emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of ease in daily life.
TRE® is also a flexible practice that, once learned, can be continued independently—offering a simple and effective way to reset and restore the body whenever needed.
