Angela Clutton is a food writer, presenter and cook. Her book The Vinegar Cupboard (2019, Bloomsbury) won ‘Debut Cookery Book’ at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards. You’ll often find her working with London’s Borough Market – including as host of their podcast series, Borough Talks. As Co-Director of the British Library’s ‘Food Season’, Angela curates and presents events across food issues, culture and writing.
