Sip and Social is an opportunity to drop-in to see Leeds Sanctuary's Wellbeing Practitioner, Eleanor Gillott, for casual conversation and easy-going activities such as board games, creative writing and drawing. Whether you’re at a loose end and fancy a bit of company, or need a chat about something deeper, we’d love to welcome you.

We’ll be creating a space to take time out from your regular routine at Hyde Park Book Club (LS6), Chunk Bakery (LS4) and Online. We'll be hosting Online sessions on Wednesdays 28 January, 25 February and 25 March, from 12pm - 7pm.
