Experience deep relaxation and gentle rejuvenation in this restorative yoga and Indian head massage workshop, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind.
You will be guided into a series of fully supported restorative postures using props, allowing the body to soften into stillness with ease. These gentle, restful shapes encourage release without strain, helping to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility while inviting a deep sense of calm.
As you settle into the postures, you will receive a soothing 10-minute Indian head massage, focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, and upper chest. This is offered once you are comfortable and relaxed, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of both practices. To support ease of access for the therapist, you may be asked to remove jewellery and wear clothing that can be gently adjusted, such as a loose top. Your comfort, modesty, and relaxation are always prioritised.
This combined practice offers a powerful way to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance. By working with both stillness and touch, it helps to restore energy levels and create a sense of inner harmony.
