Join Jess to delve into the Mysore world of Ashtanga self-practice over these four weeks.
Self-practice can feel daunting at first, but it holds so many incredible benefits. You learn to move more mindfully, connect deeper to your physical body and its needs, self-regulate in challenging circumstances and begin to sharpen the focus of the mind, so you can truly understand yourself and your thoughts and habits.
Over the four weeks Jess will support you in growing your own self practice, each week coming back to build on what you learnt in the previous weeks. By the end of the course you will have a much deeper understanding of the many benefits of mysore style, and have a sequence tailored specifically to you and your needs that you can draw upon anytime, anywhere.
Expect to move, breathe and meditate while Jess supports you all individually. Self-practice is the way Ashtanga was intended to be practised, come and feel the benefits yourself.
