This workshop will explore how to bring a little more calm and self-care into our daily life through yoga and life coaching.
So often we try to implement new habits that don’t quite stick... an hour on our yoga mat every morning, a yin practice before bed every night. It sounds great, but in practice it just doesn’t quite work. We want to explore some small but effective practices that can be easily implemented into a busy life in a way that really works for you.
Yoga: We’ll begin with a yoga workshop to explore some short, simple, and effective yoga and meditation practices that can be easily implemented into our morning or evening routine, or any time we might want or need it. Think 15 minute kriya and meditation to start the day, or a few rounds of Chandra Namaskara to wind us down in the evening, or maybe even a bit of breath work to give us a little moment of calm during a stressful work day.
Life Coaching: During the group coaching session we will explore where our energy is being drained; the actions we can take to protect our energy and create a little more time for ourselves; and how to realistically implement the transformative practices taught by Iain into our daily lives while creating a routine that is ‘baggy enough to live in’.
