Learn basic clay handbuilding skills while making a clay mug for your favourite drink!

In this creative hands on session led by Jo Woffinden, bring your own ideas to life while learning slab and surface texture techniques in ceramics. You will create a personalised mug for yourself or as a perfect gift!

Up to 4 students per session - enables one to one support and a relaxed environment to develop your clay working skills.

Knowledge required: None. For all experience levels including beginners - anyone is welcome!                                                                                    

Duration: 2.5 hours

Bring: An apron if you like, though this workshop will not be messy.  All materials and tools will be supplied.

Take Away: An inspiring and fun learning experience! + 1 fired and glazed mug ready to use (collection 1 month after the session). The mug will be a natural cream clay colour glazed with a transparent gloss glaze.
