Jo Woffinden Ceramics can be found in the Twisting Studios on Level 3 of the Twisting Building at Sunny Bank Mills. 

To reach Twisting Studios, enter through the Mending Rooms building (near the green wooden bridge) or the Twisting Building entrance next to Red Lane Mill building (at the top of the hill). Lift and stair access to Twisting Studio is available through both entrances.
