A fun friendly improvisational dance class based around authentic jazz steps from the 1920s and 1930s. We throw in a bit of history and encourage you to add your own improvisation and style. Great music and a supportive interactive atmosphere.

Each workshop is broken up into two sessions; beginners and routine. Join us for one class or both!

BEGINNERS: Learn some basic steps, focus on repetition, self-expression, and moving to the music. Appropriate for complete beginners as well as more experience dancers.

ROUTINE: Classic Charleston/Jazz routine taught over 2 - 3 weeks. This class will move a bit faster so familiarity with some basic moves is helpful.
