Join us for two creative and experimental days exploring various screen printing techniques for printing onto paper.
This immersive two day course will cover a range of creative techniques to help you expand your screen print practice. We will look at alternative ways of working with the screen, using painterly marks, creating stencils and playing with colour. You will learn a range of processes and then have the opportunity to explore and experiment. Breaking away from computer generated imagery, the course will encourage creativity and lean towards the abstract, allowing for a free flow of ideas and discoveries.

Our aim is to bring printmaking to as many people as possible. By their nature, some printmaking processes involve an amount of physical effort. Leeds Print Workshop is based in a basement studio at Patrick Studios, a bespoke venue for artists operated by East Street Arts. It is wheelchair accessible, with a lift, larger than standard doors and accessible toilet facilities. We recognise that everybody’s accessibility needs may differ, therefore please email us at hello@leedsprintworkshop.org to discuss any concerns you may have before booking. There is one blue badge car parking space to the side of the building on Rider Street, subject to availability.
