Authentic Relating is an opportunity to slow down, become more present and explore how we connect with ourselves and others.

Through a series of guided exercises, mindful communication and shared reflection, you’ll practise listening more deeply, expressing yourself honestly and approaching each interaction with openness and curiosity. You’ll be invited to notice familiar communication patterns, explore healthy boundaries and experience more meaningful connection.

This is a supportive space where you can take part at your own pace, with no pressure to perform or share more than feels comfortable. Whether you come alone or with someone you know, the workshop offers a chance to connect beyond everyday conversation and experience what it feels like to be truly seen and heard.

No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to be present, curious and open to connection.
