Move freely, consciously, and joyfully in this immersive 5Rhythms® Waves Workshop. Guided through movement, music, and intuitive exploration, this practice offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your body, release tension, and experience greater freedom of expression.
Through the 5Rhythms® Waves map, we explore different qualities of movement including fluidity, clarity, surrender, ease, and presence. Each rhythm invites you to connect more deeply with yourself and the present moment, allowing movement to become a form of meditation, self-discovery, and emotional release.
Using simple guided exercises, carefully selected music, and a supportive group environment, you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels authentic and natural for you. There is no choreography and no expectation to move in any particular way—only an invitation to listen to your body and explore with curiosity.
This workshop is open to everyone, with no dance or movement experience required. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, self-expression, connection, or simply the joy of movement, you’ll be supported to explore at your own pace in a welcoming and non-judgemental space.
