We are a cosy yoga studio in the heart of Crossgates, we are proud to be one of the first yoga studios in the up and coming East Leeds area! Our aim is to build a down to earth, supportive yoga community, where everyone feels at home. We offer a variety of classes, courses and workshops to help you move, breathe and relax. Our classes range from Vinyasa Flow, to Gentle Yoga for chronic pain, to Children's Yoga, to meditation and mindfulness workshops. Spend some time unwinding in our cosy space, sipping tea, meeting other likeminded yogis and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life.
