Mindful Being is journey through movement, mindset, creativity and nutrition, the very aspects of adding colour, power, motivation and new experiences to life. We offer art workshops, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and holistic healing classes. We also organise talks and webinars on health, women's power, equality, environmentalism and unlearning conditioning. We believe in sustainable practices on the mat and off the mat. Our passion lies within inclusivity, love for all body shapes, perfect imperfections and unconditional love for all life stories!
