Join Sarah Ord for a Yoga Nidra and journalling workshop.
This workshop includes an introduction to Yoga Nidra, which is known as ‘yogic sleep’. A practice which delivers all the benefits of yoga without moving an inch!
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which leads us into a deep state of relaxation, where we can disengage from our thoughts and leave the class feeling more peaceful. You will be guided through the different brainwave states to a place of total relaxation.
A sustained Yoga Nidra practice can help reduce anxiety, stress and aid relaxation, improve sleep, and boost creativity.
The workshop will also include some gentle movement, how to set up your ‘nest’ for Yoga Nidra and time to reflect and journal. Journalling is a great way to come out of the thinking mind, de-stress and declutter our thoughts. Journalling can also decrease anxiety and stress.
