De-desk yourself: Yoga for office workers 1pm - 1.30pm

Our open day is an opportunity to try a 30 minute taster class of your choice. Whether you choose something relaxing or something challenging, and you can be sure that all the instructions you need will be included.
Perhaps you've had a break from yoga?
It happens to the best of us! In fact, sometimes a break from yoga can be a good thing, in that when we get back to the practice, we realise how much we’ve missed it! If you’ve had a break from yoga, you might like to join one of our beginner classes to refresh your knowledge, or you could join an open level class; you won’t be left behind!

Making small changes to your standing or seated posture, and to the way you breathe, can have significant and long-term positive impacts on your mental and physical wellbeing. Your personal wellness takeaway includes a stress questionnaire, breath and postural assessments and a general chat. This will all inform your personal wellness takeaway, with some tiny and some big suggestions to improve your ongoing mental and physical wellbeing.
