About Amy:
Amy is a Yoga Teacher and Life Coach on a mission to make the world a calmer place. Her classes provide an opportunity to breathe, to switch off your mind, and to move as much or as little as you want. She keeps her flows simple with a strong connection to the breath and plenty of options to make your practice feel good for you. She’s a less is more kind of teacher who just wants to you to float out of the studio having had some time to let everything beyond your mat pause for a while. As a Life Coach she also maintains a less is more approach. In a world where busyness is encouraged and often worn as a badge of honour, she helps clients move away from overworked and overstressed and supports them in reconnected to their own wants and needs, letting go of the ‘shoulds’, and finding more calm and balance in life.
