The UK’s hottest new comedian is headlining our next show, Joe Kent-Walters as Frankie Monroe. Frankie took the comedy circuit by storm by winning the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2023 and going on to smash a sell out run at this years Edinburgh Fringe, gaining 5 star reviews and scooping the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer 2024. It doesn’t stop there. Frankie is about to head out on his UK tour and will be wrecking the mic just days before!

SEETA WRIGHTSON
Based in Leeds, Seeta is a Bradford-born comedian known for her sharp wit and engaging stories, Wrightson’s work often draws on her dual Asian and British heritage. BBC new comedy awards semi-finalist and as seen on Channel 4 and BBC One. Recently been tour support for Keri Prichard Mclean at the City Varieties.

Sela Bar is a basement venue, accessed via a narrow set of 16 stairs, there is no wheelchair access.
There is no disabled toilet. Everything at the venue is on the same level, apart from the stage which is 18cm higher.
There is no parking at the venue. Taxis can drop customers off outside the venue on the side of Harrison Street.
