This workshop is designed to provide space to explore TRE®. This body based practice safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking, or vibrating, that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Expect to feel supported to explore this body-based practice - you might be looking for a simple stress management tool or give yourself space to find a place of calm when dealing with the impact of stress, tension or trauma. TRE® can help with all of these, and more. TRE® is based on the idea that stress, tension and trauma are physical and psychological.
After a TRE® session, many people report feelings of peace and wellbeing.
