
During this four week course, we'll delve into the rich history of Yoga and begin to understand and explore its roots.
Learn how to cultivate a traditional practice of your own, including asana (postures), mantra, meditation and pranayama techniques.

Week 1: Traditional sun and moon salutations with the Chakras
Week 2: Prana, Pranayama and Meditation
Week 3: Mantra, Mudra and more!
Week 4: Building your practice.
Each week we'll explore a snippet of Yoga wisdom from key yogic texts and scriptures, as well as practising traditional asana and pranayama sequences to lead us into meditation.
Ultimately, each session will help you to cultivate and develop your own traditional meditation practice.

- Some previous knowledge/experience with Yoga and meditation may help but not compulsory.
