Image
An image of Leeds City Square in 1926, with model moot hall erected for the tercentenary celebrations of Leeds getting its charter. A large building facade with a white statue in a central alcove (Queen Anne) stands in the centre. On either side the dates 1626 and 1926 are etched in what looks like stone. This is entrance to a station concourse. Pedestrians are milling about in period 1920s dress. A policeman in a white coat and gloves stands beneath the arch directing people.
