A mindful morning of yoga with Yoga Hero. Our expert instructors will guide you through a gentle, one-hour long flow to kickstart the weekend in the beautiful landscaped setting of Tower Square. 

This session is suitable for all abilities, though unfortunately is not suitable for pre and post natal people.
