In this workshop of two halves, come and experience the fullness of you and facilitate what desires to come through, to present itself.
As we approach Spring, the days start to show signs of becoming longer and the light begins to lengthen once more. Entering into Spring, we can sometimes feel that sense of being in limbo. We're on the cusp, the edge of longer days, we can feel something is starting to shift, perhaps starting to grow. Whilst we're in this almost 'in-between' phase, we can feel like we're on the edge of something new, we can't quite put our finger on it, but all we need to do is allow.
Through breathwork, movement and stillness, experience some well deserved nourishment. Enjoy a warming yoga flow to begin, creating some heat in the body for the first 45 minutes before melting into some stillness for the final part of our practice. Through a guided relaxation, experience the profound wisdom and stillness that can be found through Yoga Nidra, or also known as 'Yogic Sleep'. This part of our practice is gentle and grounding, inviting the whole body to enter a deep state of relaxation. There will be time to journal as I offer some prompts to reflect on, to allow your ideas for the coming months to come to life on the page - this of course is optional.

Equipment needed for session:
- A journal (optional)
- Jumpers, layers and cosy socks for the Yoga Nidra.
- Bolsters, blankets and props are available for you to use at the studio but please feel free to bring your own/extra, if you would like.
