Readings by a different local published poet each month. This month we’re delighted to welcome PETER SPAFFORD

Peter is a writer, songwriter and broadcaster. He has written for radio, theatre,
musical theatre and opera.

His poetry collections so far are QUICK (Valley Press) and FRISK
(Yaffle). His latest collection, SUN TANKING was released by Yaffle Press in 2025.

He is also Director of Words at Chapel FM Arts Centre where he curates the annual WRITING
ON AIR festival and presents the weekly podcast LOVE THE WORDS.
