As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations while gentle Bowen techniques are offered. Bowen Therapy uses light, precise movements over the muscles and connective tissues, with periods of rest that allow your body time to respond.

Together, sound and Bowen create space for deep relaxation, helping to ease physical tension and quieten a busy mind. You’ll be invited to simply rest and receive before finishing with gentle grounding.

No previous experience is needed. All hands-on treatment is optional and will only be offered with your consent.
