Step away from everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience combining therapeutic sound, soothing massage and Reiki.

As you settle into a comfortable resting position, you’ll be surrounded by the calming vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments. While the sound bath unfolds, you’ll be offered gentle massage and Reiki, helping you relax more fully and reconnect with your body.

The combination of sound, nurturing touch and energy work creates space to slow down, release tension and quieten a busy mind. You’ll be invited to simply rest and receive, with no previous experience or participation required.

The session will finish with gentle grounding, allowing you time to return feeling calm, rested and restored. All hands-on treatments are optional and will only be offered with your consent.
