Bespoke sessions for people living with Parkinson's, with loved ones and carers welcome to join.

This 6 week block of sessions offers an opportunity to be active, meet new people, foster community, and create new relationships between movement and sound. Running from 1.30-3pm (1.30-2.30pm move, 2.30-3pm time for tea and chat).
