Not A Rock-Doc - the film that went wrong
Sharks were a short-lived cult band from the 1970's who influenced both the Clash and the Sex Pistols. Their original line-up included Andy Fraser (composer of the rock classic All Right Now by Free) and legendary guitarist Chris Spedding whose many credits are best viewed on wiki
Not A Rock-Doc is a unique documentary feature produced by the band themselves - with no holds barred. It is both hilarious and agonizing as it chronicles the band's 21st century revival, which begins in triumph and ends in a chaotic 'B List' hell world. September UK screenings include London, Lewes, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Stockport and New Brighton
"Anyone who has ever been in, or wanted to be in, a rock band should see this film"
Screen actor Ian McShane
The film screens in Leeds at Hyde Park Cinema on 9th September at 6 pm followed by Q&A with Sharks original vocalist and director of the film Steve 'Snips' Parsons with Alice Miller moderating. It will also be shown at the Light Cinema Sheffield on the 10th also with Q&A.
