The passing of time and changing seasons can feel very significant in grief. Nature journalling allows us to pause and reflect, connect with nature and record.
During this workshop we will make pocket nature journals and begin to fill them. We can use drawing, painting, collage and writing to process the days and seasons, noticing any significant plants, scents and colours along the way.
Your nature journal will be personal to you and your experience, there is no wrong way to use it but together we will explore some possibilities of how to start.
