Gema Lu Cai is a Spanish-Chinese pianist and pedagogue working across solo performance, chamber music, accompaniment and music education.

A first-class graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, where she studied with Professor Helen Krizos, Gema is currently completing a master's degree at RNCM with support from the FW Wright Piano Scholarship. She also teaches at Yorkshire Young Musicians at Leeds Conservatoire and runs Gema’s Piano Studio.

Gema has won almost 20 international prizes and performs regularly across the UK.
