Heritage Open Days Leeds

Leeds has an important place in the history of Goth culture. It's home to the site of the world's first goth club and the city where Goth identity formed.

The Leeds Goth QR Code Challenge provides a unique way to explore Leeds’ heritage as the birthplace of Goth. You will be guided to sites of key significance, with each code providing a link to important facts and information about the location.

Complete the challenge and discover how this globally important movement emerged in Leeds, the original City of Goth.

Find out how to join the challenge or sign up for alerts here. You can also follow @LeedsGoth or @LeedsNomad on Instagram for full instructions leading up to the event.
