We begin the practice by grounding and gently arriving into the body. A soft heart coherence breathing practice helps us drop out of the mind and connect more deeply with ourselves and the group.
From here, we’ll build strength, awareness and confidence as we explore arm balances, focusing on Crow (Bakasana) and Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana). With clear guidance and supportive progressions, you’ll learn how to engage the core, find stability, and move beyond fear—whether you’re new to these poses or looking to refine your practice.
You will then be invited to lie down in a supported Savasana, where you’ll be guided on a soothing candlelit journey of sound using Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. The soft glow of candlelight enhances the sense of calm, creating a deeply nurturing and tranquil atmosphere. As the session comes to a close, we take time to gently reawaken the body and ground ourselves before leaving the space.
Sound baths offer the benefits of meditation without needing to “feel like you’re meditating.” As the body slows down, the parasympathetic nervous system—our “rest and digest” state—is activated, supporting natural repair and rebalancing.
The effects can be felt on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. Many people experience reduced stress, relief from physical tension, improved sleep, and a lowering of blood pressure and heart rate.
You can expect to leave feeling both empowered and deeply relaxed, calm, and with a renewed sense of wellbeing.
