Engage your senses as you work with recycled paper to make non-toxic paper-clay. Feel the textures, mould shapes, and create your very own imaginary beings, based on Henry Moore Institute's current display John Hoyland: Imaginary Beings.
This workshop will provide a safe, fun, and creatively stimulating environment for families to explore the world of sculpture-making using recycled materials, inspired by the vibrant abstract art of John Hoyland.
Get ready to get your hands dirty! Henry Moore Institute will provide aprons to ensure a playful, creative experience. Please note the highly sensory nature of the materials and processes, including the use of cold and room temperature water.
Suitable for families with children aged 3+. This is an intergenerational workshop – we encourage creativity in all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
