Begin your journey with a grounding meditation, gently connecting to your body and breath. From here, we’ll move through a mindful and fluid yoga sequence designed to help you step out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body, awakening intuition and encouraging deeper self-awareness.
Following the movement practice, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Savasana, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and settle into stillness.
We then move into a sensory herbal tea tasting experience, where you’ll intuitively explore the flavours, qualities, and energetic properties of a carefully selected herb through herbal tea. This mindful tasting invites you to slow down, connect with the healing power of plants, and notice how each herb resonates with you personally.
After the tea tasting, herbalist insights will be shared on the herb’s traditional uses, therapeutic benefits, and energetic qualities, with time for discussion, reflection, and questions.
